Our villa is located at 108 North Sea Pines Drive, Ocean Course Villa #552, in Sea Pines Plantation. It was extensively renovated and redecorated in 2003 and 2004. An outdoor deck, built in 1998, is a great addition to our villa and allows the option of sun on the deck or shade in the screened porch. We think you will enjoy it as much as we do. Sea Pines is one of several planned resort and residential communities on Hilton Head Island offering recreational facilities in a setting that enhances the natural beauty of the area.

Ocean Course Villas comprises 20 units. The Pelican Villa is a one-storey elevated villa overlooking the Ocean Course Golf Course beyond a fresh water lagoon. It is a five-minute walk to the beach and to the Beach Club. The Sea Pines Community Pool for owners and guests is a two-minute walk and is located at the clubhouse for Ocean Course and Sea March Golf Courses.

The clubhouse for Ocean Course and Sea March Golf Courses is directly across the street from Ocean Course Villas. Many other golf courses are located on Hilton Head Island. Discounts are available at a number of courses, depending on the time of year you visit. These discounts are arranged through ResortQuest, our rental agent.A bike shop is located adjacent to the clubhouse for Ocean Course Golf Course. Rental rates are reasonable and allow you to explore the 26 miles of bicycle paths within Sea Pines Plantation as well as paths outside the Plantation. At low tide, a beach bike ride is great! There is a lovely children’s playground located in Harbour Town

The master bedroom has a king size bed and cathedral ceiling. There are two twin beds in the guest bedroom which can be made up as a king size bed. The breakfast area in the kitchen also has a cathedral ceiling. The living area is spacious with a 24 foot cathedral ceiling and skylight. The entry court receives morning sun and can be accessed from the second bedroom, the breakfast area or through the front door. Access to the rear screened porch and deck is through sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom.
