However, the real surprise for me has been the renewed demand for a European holiday this Summer and Fall. We have had the busiest season in recent memory for European coach tours, hotels and car rentals. Even though airfare prices, propped up by high taxes and fuel surcharges, have increased substantially, the demand for air seats through until late September has been remarkable. If you are thinking about a sojourn across the Atlantic this year you should move quickly to secure a reservation.

If you are thinking about a late season sun holiday to get a jump on Spring there will likely be some last minute specials at attractive prices. Your best values will be after Easter and through early May to those traditional Canadian value destinations - Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Please be aware that those low, low prices you often see in the newspapers generally attract an additional $200.00 per person add-on for those pervasive "taxes and service fees".

We will be offering a cruise holiday with a difference this Fall. My good friend Jim Cooper and his wife Lindsay, of Oh Canada Eh! Dinner show fame, will be escorting a cruise to Bermuda, Sept 30 to Oct 10^th. This is actually a cruise tour which will start in Niagara and travel by deluxe motorcoach through New York state and Pennsylvania to Norfolk Virginia. There will be stops at Williamsburg on the way and in Washington D.C. on the return. The cruise will be on Celebrity Cruise lines M.S. Zenith from Norfolk to Bermuda and return.
